I think last night was a great start to North Pinellas Pub Riders 2012 year. We rode in at 100+ riders people. You all did such a great job at bringing new riders. I am looking forward to full year of fun. This group is growing so quick! Remember, always try to bring someone new on the next ride.
Thanks to Craig, for helping me with the Poker Run last night. That was a lot more work then expected, but it really turned out well. Our winning hand, Kevin M. went home with $200 cash, and we are able to donated $200 to The Suncoast Animal League. Its great that we can also do nice things for the community with this group.
More thanks to Craig for printing us some more rad NPPR items, and for all the design work that goes into our shirts. Speaking of shirts, some of you got to see our new shirts for 2012. They are looking sweet! We had the backs printed, and the fronts will be specialty printed for each upcoming ride. Be sure to try to earn those on upcoming rides. Thanks so much to Christian with Dead On Screenprinting, as he really came through for us on timing.
Thanks to our T-shirt sponsors. They have invested money in NPPR so that we could get you guys those shirts, so make sure to check out their sites, and try out their services. The Zone Lounge, National Readerboard Supply, JC Cravers, Molly Goodheads, Dr. Brian Maiocco, NY Moves Sound and Entertainment, Dunedin House of Beer.
Of course, the bars were great. I think everyone enjoyed having our group. Thanks to Doug at the Zone. Thanks for donating the gift certificates for our winners. Thanks to Charlie and Susan at Sawgrass Tiki Bar, you guys did awesome. I loved the karaoke contest, and the giveaway was awesome. Thanks to Jim and Jeryl at Lagerheadz. Thanks to Eddie at Neptune Cyclery. Anyone that wants to ride that cool 4 seater bike I rode, its for rent there. Tell Eddie I sent you. Last but not least, thanks to Tarpon Elks Lodge for having us for the end of the night! You were a nice new addition to the route!
I appreciate you all, and sorry if I have missed someone.
Looking forward to February’s ride! -Michele
