50/50 Poker Run

I told you it would be BIG. January starts the new year with a bang, and it also brings us Elvis’ birthday, so why not have a VIVA LAS VEGAS party on bikes!

I want to see lots of Elvis’ and Showgirls. Anything Vegas goes. Think cards, dice, magic, showgirls, and Elvis. Yes, it will be chilly, so be creative with your costumes. I want to see classy showgirls, lets be sexy but not trashy ladies.. and gents..

To go along with the theme, we will be hosting a 50/50 Poker Run. There will be a nominal charge per hand played, and 50% will be donated to The Suncoast Animal League, the rest will be prize money for best and worst hands! There’s a lot of planning involved in this part of the event. More details will be announced.

This route was extremely short, so we will be taking a “scenic” route on purpose in order to get a little more mileage, and enjoy our bikes. Look forward to seeing everyone. Last nights ride was a blast!

Tacky Christmas Sweater, and Santa Swap ride was a big success. I think 80+ riders is a great turn out. Thanks so much to all of you that came. The night went smooth. All you riders are getting better at this. Everyone rode well as a group and we all stayed safe together!

I loved everyone’s choices of sweaters, and bike decorations. This was the first ride that we had 30+ bikes decorated. Choosing the winners was a hard decision because everyone did a great job.
